Welcome Baby Bundle
This package is perfect for those seeking essential Doula support without stretching their budget. It features two prenatal sessions: 1) Birth Plan Preparation, and 2) In-Person Labor Positioning and Techniques. Around the due date, the birthing family will receive on-call support from the Doula in addition to her presence during active labor, delivery, and 1-2 hours postpartum to provide comfort and guidance. This package also includes two postpartum sessions to be scheduled during the first week after birth and 1-month after birth.

Natural Birth Bundle
Designed for families who desire a birth with minimal medical interventions, this package builds on the Welcome Baby Bundle, but adds one prenatal visit to focus solely on Hypnobirthing where the family will experience a private hypnobirthing session that is tailored to the birthing individual. This package also includes admission to a 5-week Hypnobirthing Class Series.

Doula Services
À la carte doula services offer a customizable approach to birthing support, allowing expectant parents to choose specific services based on their unique needs and preferences. Rather than a comprehensive package, clients can select individual services such as prenatal education, labor support, or parent coaching.
Personalized around your birth plan and designed to take you through multiple hypothetical and realistic birth scenarios for the family to act out. All scenarios are designed with an element of chance where parents will roll a 20-side dice to determine how the birth plays out. Approx. 2-3 hours in-person session.
